Hi, I’m Tina, Associate Director at Ciencia Research!
I’m a biomedical researcher by training and I have more than 10 years of research experience from international academic institutions and real-world evidence (RWE) consulting. In my current role, I assess evidence gaps and develop strategies to fill them with RWE, while also having the privilege of coordinating and overseeing our team of super talented and committed researchers.
One of the things I enjoy most is partnering with clients across a wide variety of therapeutic areas. It’s both rewarding and humbling to work alongside our their experienced cross-functional teams as well as leading clinical experts to address our clients’ unique strategic challenges throughout the pharmaceutical product lifecycle. We contribute an in-depth understanding of the real-world data landscape, strategic insights from many previous projects, creativity, and stamina – all of which are needed to create the evidence our clients need.
At Ciencia Research, I have found a place where I can honor my scientific curiosity while seeing the direct impact of my work, i.e., seeing how the RWE we create informs important strategic decisions and strengthens submission packages. Ultimately, this helps bring innovative treatments to the patients who need them most – what more could one ask for?
