Hi, I’m Robyn, Associate Director at Ciencia Research.
I’m a demographer by training and have worked in epidemiology and real‑world evidence for much of my career, largely through registry‑based observational research. My role sits across strategy, quality, and delivery, from leading registry‑based studies to supporting evidence strategy and scientific governance.
One of the things I enjoy most about my work is navigating complex evidence questions and finding practical ways to make real-world data meaningful. Rare disease research has been a particular interest of mine, where careful methodology, thoughtful interpretation, and problem‑solving really matter.
At Ciencia Research, I’ve found an environment that values strong scientific thinking, open discussion, and trust in how we work. Being part of a smaller team also means collaborating closely with thoughtful colleagues and continuously refining how we approach complex research challenges together.
For me, the real challenge and reward is mapping out complex data and turning it into real-world impact for patients.
“Robyn brings great value to Ciencia Research through her blend of scientific expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership in real-world evidence. With over a decade of experience across academia and leading CROs, she delivers strong methodological rigor and high-quality observational research. She has a talent for turning complex European healthcare data into clear, actionable insights, strengthening evidence-based decision-making and regulatory outcomes.
Robyn combines this with a thoughtful, client-focused approach that ensures strong alignment between science and business goals. A trusted and impactful contributor, she also doubles as our go-to “company librarian,” always up to date on the latest and greatest beyond the scientific shelf”
