Our latest study highlights the outcomes for muscle-invasive bladder cancer patients who are ineligible for or refuse cystectomy. Leveraging data from Swedish population-based registers, we demonstrate the potential of bladder-intact event-free survival as a surrogate endpoint for overall survival in similar patient populations.
